How old do I have to be to rent a car?
You must be at least 21 years old and have had a category B driving license for 3 years. The maximum age to rent a car is 75 years old.
What documents do I need to rent a car?
You must have a valid category B driving license
Is there a deductible to pay?
There is no deductible to pay, no credit card swipe is made as a guarantee
What types of vehicles are available for rental?
Our fleet consists of manual and automatic cars.
How do I pay?
Payment is preferably made in cash when picking up the vehicle
Does the insurance cover everything?
The insurance does not only cover the following cases: if something happens on dirt roads like the one to go to remote area you have no type of coverage if you get a flat and you are lost in the middle of nowhere on a distant dirt road and the rental company has to come out to change your tire, you have to pay, if you get a fine for parking or something else, these are also your responsibility and finally if the police stops you or something happens and you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, it is your complete responsibility. The same goes for the interior of the car or if you lose your keys. Also be careful when parking because if the lower fender breaks where it is clear that it is your mistake due to a collision with the sidewalk or a rock, it will also be your responsibility in this case. If you cause an accident by making a U-turn or a maneuver prohibited by law you will have a maximum deductible to pay (depends on the rental company and what is written in the contract).
Fuel Policy?
The car must always be returned with the same level of fuel with which it was delivered.
Can I add additional drivers to my rental agreement?
In our rental agreements you can add up to 3 drivers without additional charges
What happens if I return the car late?
Each case is different, it depends on how long the delay is and whether it has caused inconvenience or loss of the next booking.
